Shipments

1) The delivery of the products will be made by courier and the times will vary depending on the destination, the time when the order will be acquired and the availability of the product itself.

2) For available goods Azienda Agricola Montana will deliver by express courier within the times indicated, specifying that these may undergo exceptional variations or hitches (vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, staff strikes, etc.) indicative value. For the islands, Calabria and more peripheral locations, delivery times may be longer and delivery within 48 working hours from order fulfillment is not guaranteed, in fact it usually starts from 72 working hours.

3) Our system has calculated the shipping costs in Italy based on some parameters dictated by national couriers and you can check the cost of your shipment at the end of the compilation of your order, by reading the summary. Please carefully check the order summary and the costs listed in order not to run into problems of various kinds before sending your order and especially before payment. For Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia the shipping cost would be higher but we preferred not to add surcharges to compensate for the probably slower delivery. For the smaller islands, on the other hand, the shipping cost has a supplement that must always be inserted in the cart like a normal item.

4) Delivery times after shipment and any delays do not depend on Azienda Agricola Montana which in any case undertakes to mediate and try to resolve any problems related to delivery with the courier. The Customer, by accepting our terms of use, exonerates Azienda Agricola Montana from any liability in this regard. The address provided during the purchase procedure or when registering on the site will be used for shipping, so carefully fill in the complete address field in its entirety, and possibly leave a correct number of a mobile phone that will be reported to the courier who will contact you if you have problems with the delivery or to arrange a second one.

5) The courier sends the waybill number by e-mail, so the recipient can easily check the tracking of his shipment. Any and unpleasant extra expenses due to default by the recipient (e.g. non-deliveries due to repeated absence of the recipient, incorrect or incomplete delivery address or failure to collect packages from branches or storage points), are not included in the rate and will increase the cost of shipping and therefore paid separately.
